Your stay- All of our properties are in the same neighborhood, all are fully furnished, and ready for partying! It's a block party! A real social network!
Flash Communications- we will get your cell number when you register. During your beach week, you will get text messages on what is happening, when and where. Pop-Up Beach Parties, Moonlight Parties, Cookouts…all with FREE FOOD!
Passes into the HOTTEST night clubs! 18 to get in to DANCE the night away!
VIP Beach Access- You and your group are invited to enter teams of 2 – 6 players for Daily Beach Volleyball and Corn Hole tournaments. These tournaments include FREE SWAG and PRIZES! Look for the colorful flags on the beach, and you'll find the party!

Value $599 per person per week.
New 2013 price - 3 EASY PAYMENTS of only $ 150.00 per person. One payment will be due 10 days after you reserve the unit and the other 2 are spaced out between now and you trip.
(Prices outside of the Highschool Beach Weeks in June are different, please call)
To keep things organized, we will send you an email confirmation. It will have an ID and Password where you can log in and set up a group account. You will fill in your friends names and email addresses and the account will send invites to the group members allowing each individual to log-in, register, and make payment.
