A premium property built exclusively with students in mind! 15 units that can be rented individually or as one large group(109)! Available March-early May for Fraternities and Sororities.
The Classic Beach Party House
Old favorites with Fraternities and large groups that need a little extra room to cut loose! They've been serving as popular hang-outs for decades and continue to rock!
Traditional Condo's
We also have a wide selection of traditional condo's. Located in Ocean Drive, Cherry Grove, and Crescent Beach, these condoÕs have lots of amenities including pools and oceanfront.
