Rates:
Listed rates for each property are based on student groups and are quoted per person per week at full occupancy. High season weeks are April, May and June. Families and non-peak, regular week rates are available upon request. Please call (877) 500-6569 for quotes.
Reservations Instructions
1) Choose your unit. You may search or browse through our site.
2) Fill out and submit the on-line reservation form located at the bottom of each property page for information or call (877) 500-6569 to speak to a reservation specialist and book a unit.
3) After reserving your unit, You will be asked to make a down payment in the amount of $100 per person, or 50% of the total rental amount. We accept Visa and Mastercard or you may mail us a check with in 10 days to:

Note: some units require a credit card number at time of reservation.
4) After we receive the down payment, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail that includes check-in details and instructions on how to complete an online registration.
Rules / Each group member must read these Rules!:
Unit may not be entered before 3p.m. on check-in day.
No fireworks.
Unit inventory (kitchenware, furniture, and bedding) may not be taken outside.
The house will be maintained in good order and left absolutely clean at departure.
The yard must be picked up every morning and remain litter free.
A good house appearance must be maintained at all times.
Trash must be bagged and deposited in the nearest Dumpster.
Trash must not accumulate inside unit or in yard.
There shall be no excessive noise.
No pets.
Park only in designated areas with parking pass displayed.
Any damages must be reported on move in day to avoid being charged.
Accidents will happen, please call us immediately so that we may conduct repairs.
There are no refunds for appliance failure. We will do everything possible to repair.
The units are not to be occupied by more than the advertised amount.
Keg beer is not permitted on properties.
When outside, all beverages must be consumed from plastic cups.
Agents, pest control, & repair people may enter unit for inspection & maintenance.
Maids may be called anytime at renter's expense if unit is not kept clean.
Keys must be returned to office by 10 a.m. on check-out day.
