High Tide Check Out Procedure
Dear Myrtle Beach Tours Groups;
Please take note of the Check out procedures:
1. All trash mush be taken to the nearest dumpster. Sometimes these dumpsters are a block away along the streets. Please do not leave under house. Please do this to avoid hauling charges.
2. Thoroughly clean your unit including all dishes and bathrooms.
3. Put linens into neat piles on floor.
4. Comb property for any trash.
5. Lock all doors and bring keys to office and put in box by 10:00 am. If your door has a combination lock, please double check to make sure it is locked.
Your departure cleaning is important. Report's of dirty houses gets back to the Tournament and the schools. (Bad News!)
As an incentive for getting a full refundable damage/cleaning fee refund this year, next year we will give you a damage/cleaning fee refund waiver discount. Many of you already have earned this - don't lose it.
*If you would like to have the same house again next year, simply send us an email requesting it and we will hold it - no money due until next fall.
